We are based in Vancouver, Canada and we are working hard to create a food brand that will become part of our customer’s daily dinning experience. As all companies, we started small, taking orders through our Facebook and Instagram pages. We are growing as a small business and establishing our roots for the present and the future. Chef Oscar has been working in commercial kitchens concocting culinary delights for his diners for many years. His passion for cooking and desire to create new flavors and eating pleasures for his customers has always driven him. During the challenging period of lockdowns at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when many restaurants and eateries faced testing and tough times, Chef Oscar found inspiration to embark on a new gastronomic adventure with Dale’s Food Products. What started as a small humble enterprise and word-of-mouth excitement about Chef Oscar’s delicious homemade sauces, has now grown into a successful small business with Dale’s unique Chili Bomb Garlic Sauces available to buy in several select retail locations across the Lower Mainland. The sauces can also be bought directly by calling or emailing Dale’s Food Products directly. For Chef Oscar, this new venture has evolved into a new mission: to serve Dale’s unique sauces all over Canada and beyond!
