Dale’s Food Products is absolutely amazing! Huge kudos to Kuya Oscar and his incredible team for catering our wedding buffet last July 19. The food was phenomenal! So flavorful, beautifully presented, and served with so much heart.
Kuya Oscar went above and beyond for us. He was so kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, he was incredibly hands-on, making sure everything was seamless. You could truly feel the care and dedication in every detail.
Now let’s talk about the food — WOW. Every single guest raved about how delicious everything was. We were secretly hoping for leftovers to take home, but the buffet was completely cleaned out — a true testament to how much our guests enjoyed every single dish.

There is no exaggeration that food made by Dale’s food products is exceptionally delicious. I have asked Dales food services to cater my wedding for 80 people and the response from my guests were overwhelming that they are very likely to ask Dale’s to cater our future events as well. The foods are exceptional. My personal favourite is Baked Salmon. The way they handle our inquiries and questions for the menu are very responsive and attentive. Services are really good. They serve with a big Smile and really proud that most of their dishes came from filipinos. Cheers to more transaction in the future.

The food at our wedding was absolutely outstanding. The Filipino cuisine was full of flavor and beautifully done especially the ube, which was a huge highlight for us and our guests. We received so many compliments throughout the night, and we personally loved every bite. Highly recommend!

Shoutout to Dale's Catering and team! We did our wedding last July 1,2025 at Pitt Meadow and they didn't just catered us, Kuya Oscar took care of us and gave us fantastic service since we did our food tasting up to the wedding day. Foods were really good 👍,our guests were impressed with the presentation of grazing table,taho cart and they loved everything especially their own version of beef caldereta and Salmon. my favorite is the beet salad superb 👌Me and my husband has no regret for choosing Dale's Catering! Oscar provided a grazing table for an afternoon birthday party and everything from the communication, to the set up and food quality was amazing. Everyone at the party commented on how good the food tasted. I would definitely recommend Dale’s Catering and plan to use them again for my future events.

Oscar catered my Aunt’s Celebration of Life this past September at her home in Langley. He and his staff did a wonderful job!! From suggesting food and drink items to helping determine the best spot in the house to present his delicious food offerings it was a real pleasure to have him cater our friends and family event. We had our wedding last week and Dale’s is our vendor for catering. I reached out to them less than 2 weeks before the event and they were very accommodating and flexible. They respond to my queries and were very patient with all our requests. Their food is great and creative! Our foreigner visitors loved it including the lechon. Staff are very professional and the owner is very hands on. We highly recommend Dale’s👍👍

We did the food tasting today and all the dishes were so delicious. Not only the taste, but also the presentation and their service was amazing. The beef short rib was so tender and the sause tasted so flavorful. Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta was also very tasty and I loved it! The dessert was also great. Overall we are so happy with the experience! Thank you so much Oscar!

Oscar and his team were absolutely amazing caterers. They catered our 100 person wedding and no word of a lie the majority of our guests made it a point to tell us how much they loved the food. We had multiple guests note that it was the best wedding food they've had. Guests were going up for seconds and the whole experience was amazing. Oscar's team was incredibly professional, they served all dishes at the buffet which made the whole experience feel very elegant and elevated compared to a self serve buffet. The team is seriously kind, lots of smiles and you could feel how much they loved what they do.
FOOD: It was very fresh and light, the perfect menu especially for spring and summer outdoor events. The panset, BBQ chicken, beef, Mango salad, veggie lumpia and sauces are all stand outs. I asked to make all the non meat mains vegetarian and that was no issue. I even ask for a specific brand of baguette and Oscar had no issue accommodating. We are picky and appreciate high quality organic food and everything his team made hit the mark, nothing tasted lack luster or low quality. Nothing was lacking flavour.
SERVICE: Nothing beats their service. I worked in the luxury hotel industry so I know how top notch their training is! Super professional, kind and accommodating. Oscar stayed back to cut our cake which was not apart of their service. I had some issues with the amount of guests and Oscar made nothing an issue and showed us true kindness all around. They elevated the event!
I highly recommend and we will certainly be using Dale's Catering again
