While walking down the aisle of a local supermarket, a dream – an inspiring idea came upon Chef Oscar. He envisioned to one day have his own products, his very own brand – “Dale’s Foods Products”, up on the shelves of every major supermarket and grocery store in Metro Vancouver, BC and beyond.

In the midst of very different and difficult days during the first few months of 2020 – creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation were fuelled and ignited. Chef Oscar, curious about a popular Filipino condiment, passionately played with spices and concocted his own “Chilli Garlic Sauce” recipe.

Built through Community, with the help of loving family and friends, Oscar’s “Chilli Garlic Sauce” was savoured and enjoyed by the local market and “Dale’s Foods Products” was established in September of 2020. “Dale’s Foods Products” later launched its full business officially in October of 2022.

Inspired by the hope to shed more light unto Filipino cuisine in the international stage and encouraged by the love and support of dear family and friends, Chef Oscar and his humble team marketed his special “Chilli Garlic Sauce” to various Filipino stores and groceries all over British Columbia.
