Our Story
Dale’s Food Products was born from a simple yet powerful vision. While walking through a local supermarket, Chef Oscar imagined a future where his own brand — rooted in Filipino flavors and culinary excellence — would one day sit confidently on the shelves of major grocery retailers across Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, and beyond.
That vision began to take form during the early months of 2020. Through careful experimentation and refinement, he developed his signature Chili Garlic Sauce — a bold, versatile condiment crafted to meet both professional and home-kitchen standards.
Dale’s Food Products was established in September 2020 and officially launched as a full-scale business in October 2022. In 2023, the brand expanded into premium catering services, leveraging Chef Oscar’s extensive background in hotel and commercial kitchens.
